Collab Upgrade (formerly know as CUCM Upgrade Central) is designed for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Collaboration solutions customers. This mobile app communicates directly with CUCM over WiFi and works in concert with a sophisticated rules engine, which provides an analysis of the current environment, along with relevant information and customized procedure that customers can follow to upgrade to the latest version of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 11(x)
